My techie friend and advisor suggested I use this program a few years ago, after my PC crashed. I prompt it to scan my drives whenever I conduct a maintance, which is atleast once a month. I also use it when the PC is slow and sluggish. Once the scan is complete, I delete unwanted items and restart my PC. I always see a difference in my computer operation after a scan. I love the product and I am getting the latest update right now.

ReplyDeleteMy poor Athlon 1.1GHz, 256MB, just keeled over and crawled like a snail. So I have had to dump Ad-Aware and Spybot just to make my computer usable. That's progress? No lite versions?
ReplyDeleteI use a number of security products and Ad-aware consistanly finds a large number of malware that the the others don't.
ReplyDeleteI have used the free version for the last three years and it worked great. It did the job searching for cookies, anomalies, etc., then deleting them. This new product is something else. It identifies the junk items but does not delete them. Yes, I have read the manual, gone on-line, etc. It was a waste of money. Nothing on Amazon, it is the product itself.
