ReplyDeleteI am an experienced IT professional. I bought and installed this product on my home PC. I have many software products on my Media Center PC. This product interferred with more that one at the driver level. Their support said to remove the conflicting software. I use it often, so I said NO. From there on, I got NO help at all though I called severa l times. My PC has operated erratically since I installed the shield - freezing on start and shutdown. I doesn't even catch malicious software that FREE Ad Aware catches anyway. Money thrown away on this product. I removed it after 6 months of trying to get it work correctly. FIND ANOTHER PRODUCT - DON'Y BUY THIS!!!
ReplyDeleteI ordered and used it for just a few hours before deciding it was a complete disaster. I could not open email. Their support required running a link to collect critical details about my PC and the program failed and locked up the PC.
